Shipping and Delivery
Since every piece is made-to-order specifically for you, our delivery process is divided into two distinct phases: Dispatch (the time we need to create your item) and Transit (the time the courier needs to reach you).
1. Choose Your Pace
Total delivery time is calculated as: Dispatch Time + Transit Time. Your dispatch time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

International Customs & Duties: Please note that international shipments are cleared of any import duties and taxes in India itself. You will not need to pay anything extra once the package reaches your destination country. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance procedures in your country.
4. Shipping FAQ
When does the clock start? The timeline begins on the first business day after your order is placed. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
How do I track my order? Once your order moves from the "Production" phase to the "Dispatch" phase, you will receive a tracking link via email.
What if there is a delay? While we strive to be even faster than these windows, these timelines are indicative. Delays caused by courier partners (weather, logistics, etc.) are occasionally out of our control. If you notice anything unusual with your tracking, please alert us at the earliest.
Is my parcel duty paid? Yes, the parcel will arrive with all duties, customs and taxes paid for. You will not need to pay anything extra when you receive your package.
What if my parcel arrived damaged/opened? Do not accept! Domestic parcels are sent in paper kraft mailers sealed shut, with a paper covering your garments on the inside. International parcels will arrive in two layers - one of the original kraft flat mailer and another outer layer; protective white plastic mailer to ensure durability for the long transits. Notify us at the earliest if your package is damaged, take a photo of its condition and refuse acceptance.
Can I change my address after I place an order? Due to our strict made-to-order production and sensitive shipping timelines, we generally cannot accommodate address changes once an order is placed. However, if your package has not yet been dispatched, you may reach out immediately to see if a manual adjustment is possible, though this is not guaranteed.
I was not at home when the delivery was attempted. What can I do? Since our shipping timelines are strictly coordinated, we generally cannot intervene once a delivery attempt has failed; however, if a Return to Origin (RTO) has not yet been initiated, we may be able to request a reattempt if you notify us immediately. Please double-check that your phone number and address are accurately listed in your order details to ensure the courier can successfully communicate with you for the next attempt.
My order was marked RTO. What is it? What to do? It means it's on its way back to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability of the customer over the phone. It will take 4-7 days to come back to us. If the package is already marked as RTO and returned to us, a reshipping fee of INR 99 will apply to send it back out. Please ensure your phone number and address are accurately mentioned to avoid these delivery issues and ensure proper communication with the courier.
