Can I opt for Express Delivery?
Yes! Since everything is made on order, Delivery can be expedited to an earliest of 3-5 business days from date of order.
What is the exchange policy?
You must raise a request within 72 hours of receiving your package. Approved items must then be shipped back within 3 days. Express orders are ineligible.
Are any purchases final sale?
All items marked as "Final Sale" are ineligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, "Express" or expedited orders cannot be returned.
When will I get my order?
We work as efficiently as possible to dispatch your order. Dispatch timelines are 7-10 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Transit times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured only when you place an order. We carefully stitch them at our own workshop in Mumbai, India, to ensure our products are high quality.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Shipping for International orders includes all duties, customs and taxes.
