Exchanges, Returns and Refund Policy

Please Note: Colours on screen may vary slightly due to editing, lighting and screen settings. We make our garments with handwoven weaves, handblock prints, and natural materials. It is normal to see some aberrations, weave distortions or dynamic patterns in handblock prints. We believe it makes them unique. 


ALL REFUND WILL BE IN A STORE CREDIT FORM ONLY.

We happily issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate. Simply use your unique gift certificate code for payment at checkout on your next order! Store credit does not expire.

We are a slow fashion brand and make your garment as you place an order. We do not have a lot of stock or any stock at all on certain designs. We strongly value sustainability. We do not accept any return on any Rush orders.

All approved return must be shipped back to us within 3 days after approval at your cost via a traceable courier partner.

- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. If the item doesn’t come with this tag because it’s non-refundable due to its being a ‘made to order item’.

- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been
worn or used.

- We strictly do not accept returns that have been
worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.

- Returns must be returned with any additional gifts included with your purchase for a full refund. If gifts are unreturned, we will charge you for it and they will be deducted from your refund.

- Everything on final sale is not eligible for return or exchange.

- JAMUN SODA reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.


EXCHANGES
We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased of the same style in a different size or colour. This does not apply for custom sizing. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of the reception of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees of exchanged items unless we have shipped you the wrong product, on both domestic and international orders. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.

Once the exchange item is received, we will send out your exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not provide shipping labels for returns or exchanges returning to Jamun Soda unless it was determined our fault. Customer who is interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. Jamun Soda is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by our transporters partner are nonrefundable. The orders will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via phone a total of three times. However, customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
