The Super Kiko Sale: Terms & Conditions

As a slow fashion brand, we rarely discount our pieces. When we do, it allows us to clear space for new collections while offering our community a chance to own our pieces at a special price. To ensure this sale runs smoothly for our small team and to get your orders out as fast as possible, please review our specific terms below.

1. Final Sale Policy (No Returns or Exchanges)

Due to the deep nature of these discounts, all items purchased during this sale are considered Final Sale. * We cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or offer store credit for sale items.

  • We cannot process exchanges for different sizes or colors.

  • Please review our sizing guide carefully before checking out. If you are unsure about a fit, please reach out to our team before the sale begins.

2. Expedited Dispatch Promise

We know you want your pieces quickly. For this sale, our team has shifted to a Priority Processing workflow.

  • All sale orders are prioritized for immediate packing.

  • We aim to dispatch all sale orders within 7-10 days of purchase.

  • Note: While we hand over packages to the carrier in record time, please allow for standard courier transit times once the package leaves our studio.

3. Order Modifications & Combinations

Because our primary goal is the quickest possible dispatch (see above), we are unable to interrupt our workflow to modify orders once they are placed.

  • No Address Changes: Please triple-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • No Combining Orders: If you place two separate orders, they will ship separately and incur separate shipping fees. We cannot combine them manually.

  • No Item Swaps: We cannot change sizes or colors on an order once confirmed.

4. Inventory & Cart Reservations

Our inventory is limited. Please note that adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

  • The item is only secured once checkout is successfully completed.

  • In the rare event of a "double-buy" (two customers checking out the exact same stock unit simultaneously), we will fulfill the first order registered and immediately refund the second.

5. Price Adjustments

We are unable to offer price adjustments or retroactive discounts on items purchased prior to the start of this sale. The sale price is only valid during the specific sale window.

6. Discount Codes

This sale can be combined with other welcome codes, or promotional discounts. Find as many as you can.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

While we stand by our quality by triple checking items before they leave, mistakes can happen. The "Final Sale" policy does not apply if you receive a genuinely defective or incorrect item.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please email us at jamunsoda@gmail within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will make it right.
